Orders & Shipping

  • A:Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (3 rugs or more) ship free within the U.S.

  • A:Our standard delivery time is 7-14 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • A:Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • A:If your order has not been shipped, please email us at xxxxxxx with your order number and the updated shipping address. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to assist with address changes. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Product Questions

  • A:Nope! All our rugs come with a non-slip TPR backing — no extra pad needed.

  • A:To ensure efficient shipping, our rugs are rolled during packaging. This may cause temporary creases. Simply lay the rug flat and let it rest for 1–2 days, or place a few heavy objects on it. It will return to its full charm! You may also gently steam it if desired.

  • A: Slight floating fibers may appear at first—this is normal and will decrease with use. Use a laundry bag when you machine wash your carpet for better fiber retention.

    1. Light shedding is normal at first due to factory finishing.
    2. Machine washable in laundry bag on gentle cycle.
    3. Avoid bleach or softeners.
    4. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
    5. Vacuum regularly and spot-clean when needed.
  • We often restock based on demand. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be the first to know!

Returns & Refunds

  • A: We want you to love what you ordered!

    • If it’s your first order with us, you're eligible for a free return or exchange, and you don’t even need to send the item back — just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
      ⚠️Note: Each household is eligible for this offer once within 12 months.
    • For all other orders, you can still return or exchange within 14 days, but:
    1. You'll need to cover the return shipping.
    2. We do not charge any restocking fees.
    3. A refund will be issued after we inspect the item.
    4. To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be in brand-new condition, without:
    • ·Pet hair, dirt, or grass stains
    • ·Signs of use, washing, or damage
    • ·Any wear from improper care

    ⚠️ Items returned in unsellable condition won't be refunded. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

    ⚠️Please return the item in its original or similarly protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.

    💡 Note: Due to different screen displays and lighting, minor color variations are not considered quality issues.

    • Quality Issues:
      If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide you with a free replacement or full refund without requiring you to return the item. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest!
