Our rugs are rolled for shipping, so some creases may appear. Just LAY IT FLAT FOR 1-2 DAYS or add a bit of weight. Good as new in no time!
Some floating fibers are normal when FIRST UNPACKED—these will stabilize with use.
Our rugs are MACHINE-WASHABLE! Just remember to use a LAUNDRY BAG to reduce shedding.
Tumble dry on LOW or hang to dry. Avoid high heat to keep the texture fluffy and fresh.
